Responsibilities

• Be in charge of all recruitment processes (IT, sales, marketing)
• Plan recruitment activities with managers
• Post vacancies on different job boards
• Candidate search on Upwork and Linkedin
• Conduct first HR calls and provide recommendations for hiring managers
• Support candidates on all interview stages by scheduling the calls and proving feedback
• Take part in the building of Globus.ai HR brand
• Participate in team-building and employee engagement activities
• Maintain and promote a successful and positive work environment.

We expect you to have

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• High level of spoken and written English
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented and laser-focused on supporting internal processes & systems
• Excellent team player skills
• Positive attitude and growth mindset
• Innovative approach and ability to think out-of-the-box to relentlessly minimize the work scope.
