The role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR specialist with recruiting experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, who possesses a natural talent for identifying and engaging with top-tier technical talent. Your responsibilities will include understanding our hiring needs, formulating search strategies, managing the entire recruitment cycle for IT, non-IT and graduate roles. Your role will also involve enhancing our onboarding processes, engaging and developing employees and actively participating in developing our HR brand.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Building a search strategy and candidate profiles tailored to business needs;
- Managing the complete recruitment cycle, guaranteeing a smooth and positive candidate experience, which includes maintaining and publishing vacancies, screening CVs, conducting and planning interviews, and finalizing agreements with new hires.
- Searching for specialists using in various search sources such as HH, LinkedIn, Habr Career, Amazing Hiring, Boolean search/X-Ray Search, Github, Stackoverflow, Telegram, Recommendations, Social Networks, Internal Candidate Base, podbor.io, etc.
- Recruiting software engineers and talented graduates; sourcing and creating an IT candidate pipeline (Python, C++, DevOps);
- Building a hiring strategy and providing a full recruitment cycle for graduate positions;
- Collaborating closely with department leaders to optimize recruitment approaches;
- Connecting with top professionals in diverse fields like Fintech, Business development, Finance, and Legal.
- Managing and adjusting onboarding and adaptation processes;
- Managing the motivation system, including psycho-emotional employee monitoring;
- Culturing internal communications and rules;
- Developing a new HR brand, both internally and externally - including launching new sites and merchandise, and presenting them to employees and counterparties;
- Conducting trainings for internal employees and arranging offline and online team-building activities;
- Staying updated with industry trends to ensure our recruitment practices remain ahead of the curve.
We're Excited If You Have:
- A proven track record with 3+ years in recruiting IT personnel
- Knowledge and skills in assessing soft skills
- Familiarity with different tools for sourcing candidates
- Ability to negotiate and handle objections effectively
- Proficiency in oral and written communication
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and verbal (the majority of our team are non-Russian speakers, so the ability to talk and represent the firm to English-speaking candidates is essential).
