The L&OD Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing and championing learning-related initiatives across the business to drive the organizational transformation within Roche Russia Pharma.
This includes the following:
- Assess and define the learning strategy and development needs in consultation with leadership team and in line with Roche global business strategy & desired culture.
- Partner with local and global teams to identify organizational development priorities and determine resource requirements to implement these initiatives.
- Coordinate and/or co-facilitate workshops and trainings for full learning portfolio (hard and sift skills).
- Orchestrate training development and delivery using resources across Roche group and external (including agreements with training vendors).
- Ensure connectivity to subject matter experts / L&OD enablers from other functions.
- Champion culture of agility, continuous learning and curiosity.
- Foster learning and sharing community.
- Maintain learning academy platform with training offers and L&OD resources (or links to them).
- Monitor and evaluate training activities and program effectiveness.
Requirements & Capabilities:
- Innovative, and passionate about learning and organizational effectiveness.
- Strategic mindset and demonstration of achieving results with excellence in execution in a highly dynamic environment on the local and global level.
- Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive and dynamic L&OD program by rapidly identifying and acting on organization capability gaps.

Experiences:
- Experience in people and organizational development.
- Preferable 2 - 3 years of experience in managing people in a project environment.
- Experience working with multicultural and complex matrix organizations.
- Experience with diverse learning approaches: classroom, virtual and experiential.
- Inspirational, preaching to the not-convinced, comfortable with being challenged and adjusting to dynamic business environment.
- Highly self-organized and collaborating effectively.
- Embraces innovation and willing to experiment and prototype.
