Your role at Exness
As our people are at the core of our business, we are always trying to maintain a high-performance culture and enhance our teams' employment experience through implementing HR and people-related projects. We are currently looking for an HR Project Manager to join our HR Transformation team and contribute to numerous interesting initiatives within the HR strategy. The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate projects pertaining to people-related topics applying professional principles, practices, and techniques to control project schedule, cost, and performance risks. You'll report to the HR Transformation Lead, with who you'll closely work, and be empowered to create and lead processes, efficiency and solutions to the projects you oversee.
You will:
- Handle the coordination of the different phases of people-related projects ranging from formulating the project plan to the project closure, in close collaboration with HR Transformation Lead and project stakeholders. Examples of projects include but are not limited to:
- HR tool implementation (ATS for hiring)
- New employment models review (outsourcing, remote, new countries)
- HR Brand project coordination
- Automation of Performance Management Systems
- Organise and analyse the resources required (quality, time, budget and information) for different projects
- Specify & maintain quality standards in processes
- Identify & define risks of the projects and develops scenarios to overcome them
- Coordinate the development and execution of project communication strategy including communication with stakeholders, developing messages and communication progress trackers
- Report on the progress of the project to the project board with agreed specifications regarding quality, status and time
- Manage relationships with the stakeholders across all levels
- Participate in other HR and people related activities within a broader team
The ideal candidate
- Relevant educational background, preferably in the fields of HR or Management - CIPD/SHRM qualifications would be considered as a huge plus
- Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2 would be considered as a huge advantage
- Proven 5+ years of experience in HR projects within Tech Companies
- Experience in leading projects in consulting firms would be considered a plus
- Deep knowledge & understanding of all HR fields including recruitment, culture, performance management, leadership development, etc.
- Experience in business process description and optimization
- Fluent written and spoken English
