Your role at Exness

The Market Making Operations Team within Exness combines unique expertise, knowledge, and responsibilities to continuously improve pricing, execution models and trading experience of our clients. A key part of Market making operation activities is the development of trading platforms and internal services, making sure our trading platforms are a state of the art. In order to achieve so, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst within our MMO Team.

You will:

Lead all MMO initiatives, collecting & analyzing business needs
Create requirement documents (by types): Vision (High-level solution proposal), BR, SR, Use Cases, Test scenario, Test Cases
Create (if necessary) diagrams in BPMN or UML notations
Confirm documents with business and provide relevant information to development teams
Control the delivery and the quality of the created functionality till the moment it is on production
Closely monitor business parameters of the trading platform, define weak places and ensure they are fixed
Take part in the future MMO state planning and development

The Ideal Candidate

Bachelor or higher degree in business or technology field
A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis
Experience in financial industry is an advantage
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Advanced communication skills including verbal, written (including technical writing), visual presentations and documentation management
Excellent planning, organising and time management
Experience working in matrix environment, experience leading teams is an advantage
Adaptability to change
Problem-solving skills
Change Management skills
Fluent English
