We are seeking a highly skilled Chess Master with a deep understanding of chess and strong analytical skills who can develop mathematical models to assess the probabilities of game outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

Elo rating: > 1800 (FADE) or > 2000 (online platforms: Chess.com, Lichess, etc.)
Experience in Python programming (key libraries for data analysis: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.)
Deep understanding of chess: tactics, strategy, openings, middlegame, endgame
Knowledge of current trends and various formats of chess matches/tournaments
Experience working with chess software for optimal move calculations (Stockfish, Lc0, etc.)
Skills in mathematical modeling, probability analysis, and statistical methods
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for sports and understanding of sports betting concepts (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzing chess games and strategies to derive insights applicable to sports betting analytics
Develop and test mathematical models for evaluating the probabilities of chess game outcomes
Analyze large sets of chess data
Collaborate with chess and data science experts to enhance models
Conducting research and staying updated on advancements in chess theory and its applications
