We are looking for an experienced Soft Skills Training Manager who will actively participate in creating and developing our Learning Center's soft skills training programs. If you are energetic, creative, and ready to accept the challenge, join our team!
Our requirements
??At least 5 years of experience as a trainer in large companies.
?? Experience in creating training programs from scratch.
?? Computer literacy.
?? English language proficiency: at least C1 level (training delivery in English required).
?? Excellent communication and presentation skills; positive thinking.
??Ability to quickly and effectively search for and systematize information and work with open data sources.
?? High performance and ambition, ability to work under tight deadlines and changing conditions.
?? Planning skills and ability to independently organize the work process.
?? Willingness to make reasoned decisions and show initiative.
?? Attention to detail.
?? Availability for frequent business trips.
Would be a big plus
?? Specialized education; courses (business trainer, organizational coaching)
?? Interest and desire to develop in the field of EdTech.
?? Experience working with LMS 360Learning.
?? Ability to work with AI.
?? Experience in project management will also be highly appreciated.
Responsibilities
?? Participation in the development of the Learning center.
?? Develop and manage soft skills training programs for staff in line with the company's goals and strategy.
?? Creating and conducting on-demand training.
?? Building and maintaining a database of training providers for the company.
?? Conducting an assessment of employee training needs and developing corresponding training plans.
?? Organization of training sessions, seminars, and workshops adapted to the needs of different departments and employee levels.
?? Participation in managing internal and external trainers, ensuring their effective work and professional development.
?? Communicate with external training providers, monitor the training progress, and develop development plans based on the training results.
?? Assessment of training effectiveness and development of measures to improve educational programs.
?? Interact with other departments to ensure that training meets the company's business needs.
?? Implementing new methods and technologies in the learning process increases its effectiveness and accessibility.
?? Creation of training courses for employees weekly, monthly, or annually: online and offline.
?? Participation in the creation and implementation of a personnel evaluation system.
