BURO is looking for an experienced support professional with an outstanding track record of leading and inspiring teams to join us as our Support Manager.

A bit about us:

Buro Global is the HQ for buro247.com, with a head office in London, UK and development currently based in Moscow.

The core of our product is a CMS for producing rich and engaging content globally, also known for its infrastructure and set of services for multichannel content distribution. The platform advocates action from its audience by delivering a feature set of utility tools, these features help us build data and insight into how user consumer content.

What to do:

You will manage our Support help desk team to ensure all our licensee websites are functioning as they should, and any support issues are managed professionally with the licensees and resolved within our SLAs.
You will be the executive level business liaison for all items related to support and maintenance of our global platform.
You will ensure that the team continually meets expectation in providing end user assistance and technical troubleshooting to resolve incidents as well as proactive support practices and IT Service Management to ensure the continual proper functioning of our platform and business applications throughout our global network.

Ideally you will have:

A ‘can-do’ attitude to get things done, remove blockers and focus on achieving desired outcomes
3+ years’ experience of supporting business critical applications, customer facing web applications and ad operations
Demonstrable capability of successfully onboarding new business services, product features and applications into support with a structured approach
Experience of successfully working closely alongside agile development teams
Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization, including interaction with executive level business members within the company
Solid understanding & experience with ticketing systems and workflow.
Fluency in spoken and written English is a MUST
