Your role at Exness

We are now seeking an experienced, results-oriented, highly analytical & Data driven, with an acumen in Anti-Fraud management - Product Manager.

You will have the chance to collaborate with a talented and successful team in a company that offers a great culture and environment to its people, and also cater your own vision for the CEO & Payments Director (direct reports) of business/risk ratio management for our product.

You will be

Developing customer journey and operational environment based on regular analysis;
Analysis of customer’s profiles and real time problems, our existing and future PSP’s, regional specifics (emerging markets including), ensuring any potential risk to the business is mitigated effectively and swiftly, all in order to provide customer flexible payment opportunity and the same time implement anti-fraud methodology in our payment product;
Monitoring and analysis of product metrics, also conducting market and customer research, depending on the newly assigned regions;
Product Validation backlog (maintaining and prioritizing) for development and operational implementation;
Defining product requirements ( working closely together with Business System Analyst and Product Designer) based on the data from customer research and competitor analysis
Formulating, prioritizing and verifying product hypotheses aimed to improve product metrics and reach the goals
Facilitate, build and communicate the product strategy;
Identify risks in technology design choices and assess the impact of any emerging technologies as well as in operation process management;
Collaborating with Development team in order to show your vision of implementing the product;
Be an active supporter of a culture of forward and innovative thinking, encouraging the team to always be curious and one step ahead.
Working with a wide range of stakeholders within technology, marketing, regulatory, Anti-Fraud and commercial with an aim to result in a coordinated approach to product development & improvement.
Identifying and exploring market opportunities, building business cases, and defining product vision and strategy
Building the project's financial model and product presentation for the company's management

The ideal candidate
More than 3+ years of experience in Product Owner/Project manager role for a development team (preferably in Agile environment);
A solid background in overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 5-10 team members including Designers, Developers, Business Analysts, Data/Analytics, QA’s, etc.;
Understanding of software development life cycle models as well a traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment;
Experience in building payment solution within a high risk environment;
Experience in managing payment fraud products;
Deep knowledge of Agile techniques, User Stories, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing etc
Effectively prioritize projects and manage changes and customer expectations
Competitor analysis, customer development, product analytics & ideally a good understanding of the regulatory compliance requirements for payment systems;
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate very complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences;
An eye for detail, strategic & analytical thinker;
Fluency in written and verbal English is a must, Russian language is an advantage.
