Key accountabilities:

• Assure user support of network and infrastructure services for all IT systems (communications and infrastructure services, hardware and software administration and management, group-wide and regional projects on site)
• Functional support of the solutions selected and implemented on local level

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree in IT or comparable education
• 3 years professional experience in IT support / IT administration
• Knowledge and experience with software, hardware and computer network infrastructure
• Experience with MS Windows Server 2008\2012\2016 and AD administration
• Extended knowledge of LAN, WAN and WLAN technologies
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Knowledge within the area of Server- and Client-side virtualization (VMware, Parallels), Software packaging (MSI & InstallShield) advantageous
• MS SQL, 1C
• Participation in IT projects.
• Work with suppliers and service companies.
• English - intermediate
• Good communication skills and ability to work individually and in a team
• Prepared for travelling
